Welcome to Designposters.eu. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Designposters.eu and any country-specific domains operated by Falther & Holm ApS, including Designposters.de and Designposters.fr.
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made by private consumers through Designposters.eu and its country-specific domains.
Our webshop is intended exclusively for consumers (B2C). These Terms & Conditions do not apply to purchases made for commercial or business purposes.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products
We offer art prints, posters, frames and selected interior products.
We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colours may occur due to differences in screen settings, display calibration and the printing process. Such variations do not constitute a product defect.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences in appearance, packaging or materials may occur.
All products remain our property until full payment has been received.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on Designposters.eu include VAT where applicable in accordance with the applicable EU VAT rules.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and clearly displayed before the order is completed.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, typographical mistakes or technical errors occurring on the website. If such an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- PayPal
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment solutions that comply with current industry security standards.
Your payment will only be captured once your order has been dispatched.
We do not store your payment card details.
6. Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.
The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute final acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- payment authorisation failure
- incorrect pricing due to technical errors
- products becoming unavailable
- suspected fraud or misuse
Should this occur, any payment received will be refunded without undue delay.
7. Delivery
We currently deliver to most countries within the European Union.
Orders are normally delivered within 2–4 business days from the date of dispatch.
Orders are shipped from our production facility in Denmark using GLS. Depending on the destination country, GLS may hand over the shipment to one of its trusted local delivery partners for the final stage of delivery.
Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including public holidays, customs procedures (where applicable), weather conditions or delays experienced by the carrier.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation together with tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel throughout the delivery process.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, refusal to accept delivery or failure to collect the parcel from the designated collection point within the carrier's storage period, any costs incurred for return shipping or re-delivery may be charged to the customer.
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once you, or a person designated by you, have taken physical possession of the goods.
8. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the day you, or a person appointed by you, receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply contact our customer service by email before the withdrawal period expires.
Please include:
- your order number
- the products you wish to return
- your request to withdraw from the purchase
Once we have received your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the products.
The returned products must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
To qualify for a full refund, returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Products must not be damaged, folded, creased or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and function.
Your statutory right of withdrawal is independent of your statutory consumer rights relating to defective goods.
9. Returns
If you wish to return one or more items, please contact our customer service at the relevant email address for your market before returning your order.
To help us process your return efficiently, please include your order number in your email.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
If you prefer, we can provide a return shipping label. The cost of the return label depends on the destination country and the size of the parcel. In most cases, the return shipping cost ranges between €5 and €15.
The exact return shipping cost will always be communicated to you before the return is arranged. If you choose to use our return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
You are also free to arrange return shipping yourself using a carrier of your choice. Returned items remain your responsibility until they have been safely received at our warehouse.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
10. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will process your refund without undue delay.
Refunds will always be made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
If the returned products have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Shipping charges paid for the original delivery will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law.
If a return label provided by us has been used, the agreed return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
12. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under the consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
Consumers are entitled to the legal remedies available under applicable national legislation, including remedies relating to goods that are defective, damaged or not in conformity with the purchase agreement.
The duration and scope of these statutory rights may vary between EU Member States.
Our voluntary 30-day return policy is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
13. Product Availability
All products displayed on our website are offered subject to availability.
Although we make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels, exceptional situations may occur where an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed.
If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of:
- waiting for the product to become available;
- choosing an alternative product; or
- receiving a full refund.
14. Intellectual Property
All content available on Designposters.eu, including but not limited to text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, icons, product descriptions and website design, is protected by copyright, trademark rights and other applicable intellectual property laws.
No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or otherwise used without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where such limitation would be unlawful.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Falther & Holm ApS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business or other economic losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased, except where otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
16. Environmental Responsibility
At Designposters, we are committed to making responsible choices throughout our business and continuously working to reduce our environmental impact.
Where applicable, our posters, paper products, packaging and wooden frames are produced using materials sourced from responsibly managed, FSC®-certified forests and other controlled sources.
We work closely with suppliers who share our commitment to responsible production and environmental sustainability. We encourage our partners to minimise their environmental impact through responsible sourcing, efficient manufacturing processes and the continuous improvement of sustainable practices.
Whenever possible, we also seek to reduce unnecessary packaging and encourage our customers to recycle paper, cardboard and other packaging materials in accordance with local recycling guidelines.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable European Union consumer legislation together with the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you are habitually resident.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under the laws of their country of residence.
20. Dispute Resolution
We always encourage customers to contact us first if any issue arises. Our aim is to resolve any complaint quickly, fairly and amicably.
If we are unable to reach an agreement, consumers residing within the European Union may have access to alternative dispute resolution procedures in accordance with applicable national legislation.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory right to seek resolution through the competent courts or authorities in your country of residence where required by applicable consumer law.
21. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- natural disasters
- fire or flooding
- war or armed conflict
- terrorism
- pandemics or epidemics
- labour disputes
- governmental actions
- transport disruptions
- interruptions to utilities or communication networks
- failures affecting suppliers or carriers beyond our reasonable control
Where such circumstances occur, we will make every reasonable effort to fulfil our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in legislation, our business operations or the services we provide.
The version published on our website at the time an order is placed shall apply to that purchase.
