Mary Cassatt (1844–1926) was an American painter and printmaker. She spent most of her life in France, where she became part of the Impressionist movement and worked closely with Edgar Degas. Cassatt broke with the gender norms of her time and paved the way for female artists in a male-dominated art world. Her works are characterised by soft colours, delicate brushstrokes and an intimate view of everyday life.
A Mary Cassatt art poster brings more than just a decorative object into your home. Her gentle colour palette and poetic compositions create calm and harmony, whether the poster hangs in the living room, the bedroom or the children's room. It is art that invites contemplation and gives the room personality.
Feeding the Ducks is a tender Impressionist scene of women and a child by the water, rendered in Cassatt's soft palette and intimate style — a poetic image that brings warmth and calm to any wall.
